Hi all.

What we reckon? I passed my Class 2 back in Sept and been applying for various jobs whilst currently working so no great rush/desperation.

I had a handful interviews the latest last week being a Tipper one, now I've always fancied this type of work for some odd reason! and they have offered me a job starting in Jan.

Company seem pretty decent, family owned one man band type and the fella who interviewed us seems a decent sort.

I've read quite a lot of negatives with tippers mentioned! and I'll be honest the pay is lower than I currently earn now but Class 2 driving is something I'd like to have a go at as I'm a bit fed up in my current job after 20yrs in it!

I know it's hard as a new pass to get your first break so have took the low wage into account just happy to be given the opportunity really.

I am in the North West and let's just say the hourly pay is above £12 but less than 13.50! I was hoping for roughly £15 as it think that's fair for Class 2 (correct me if...
