Don't think it is possible as driver 2 has 2 put card in the number one and can't take it out to put into 2 and lorry as has to be done with in 15mins of starting your run ???

I have recently passed never driven a coach before, but owned a Motorhome which has helped.
Some companies may allow to do part time hours. I do split shifts part am and afternoon. Factory, school runs and hopefully days out, occasional weekends away.
I know some of the drivers work full time some do night shift.
There are local bus companies (not my preference)
Also Coach companies that offer holidays away at a week or longer.
The procedure is
.Health check
.Theory test ( large vehicles)
.Hazard perception
.Assessment to assess how many lessons/hours of tuition you need.
.Driving tuition
. Reversing test ( I found it easy)
. Driving test
. CPC ( certificate of professional competence)
Apply for taco card
A week in house training ( great course you will learn much and will be a professional driver)
Some companies will pay for your course, but you may have to sign agreement to stay with them for a period of time.

Ok so you can physically make the turn as I used to drive route 453 when we had the 18M bendy buses in the route and have taken coaches round since, however as London is ever changing going by some comments you may not legally be able to make the turn due to cycle restrictions etc. so just check the signage on approach and if need be go round the square will only take an extra couple of minutes

One thing I do is pull the curtain as much as possible and secure with one of the hooks, then loosely connect every 2nd-3rd hook and loosen the opposite end for a few more inches. You should then have a bit more give and as long as the hooks aren't tight they should hold the curtain a bit. It might still be a bastard to get the pole in, but its better than trying to fight the wind. Just remember to ratchet both ends equally after the pole is in and put a hard hat on if it's very windy.

You need to use the adapter (like a fag lighter thingy) this will be perfect the other reason is if you have it in the window it can get too hot from the sunshine and shutdown fabulous sat nav’s but poor when it comes to power source and positioning.

I'm in a comfy class 2 world and in 48 so not in a hurry to race on with life. I've settled for the wait n see option myself - but maybe if I was younger I'd go all out for the class 1 ticket. If you are young and child free then maybe pull all the stops out now to get into class 1. Take the lower pay and living away from home. If you settle down and have kids in the medium term you may not have the opportunity to take that plunge for many years.

that's my plan, while I'm young and kid free I want to go all out on class 1 earn as much as I can tramping and such.

You started working again at 19:42... at 01:42 the latest (exactly 6 hours after 19:42) you should have started another break of at least 15min. The 6 hours rule is that you can't work more than 6 hours without a break of at least 15min. Never a good idea to take your breaks early in your shift especially if you're not getting paid for them as later in your shift you will need to take more breaks....

Lack of places to park if you can't make services or where you intended (planning doesn't always work) & industrial estates have imposed no parking!! Car drivers don't understand how trucks move around the roads, for example it takes trucks longer to get going from a junction etc...how am I doing so far...but you did ask!!

I now find google maps in my phone. just as good but at 10 min per hour on your journey when calculating your arrival time and watch out for bridges lower than your coach

and taking all the stress when the coach gets damaged the poor drivers wages are deducted towards the damage we coach drivers are self employed have kids to feed bills to pay coach drivers should go on strike just like the bus drivers a hgv driver gets between £15 to £20 an hour so why coach drivers get paid minimum wage we carry human lives whereas hgv cargo we have more stress in this job

Wages are subjective, depends on experience too. And for the best Wages it depends on industry, with expertise in that field and some industries require a risk. Hope this helps.
