Working nights HGV is not to be underestimated, your concentration has to double, it really takes its toll on you, the strain of not falling asleep at the wheel is hard going sometimes

I've been doing mine every week for 2 years now. I've never snapped a stud and neither have Any of the lads in our yard. If your snapping studs with a torque wrench your setting it wrong. if you don't wind back a wheel nut before retorqueing, then yes, you will stretch a bolt. Constant torquing up,...

Stop doubting yourself, I passed 3 weeks ago.. I’m now pulling double deckers on a class 1 and never driven a class 2 in my life, there’s plenty out there taking on my guy! Apply, apply, apply

Same, passed class one in 2014 but 99% of agency work is class 2, and actually in most cases class 1 is only £1 per hour more, is it worth the stress? It’s never a waste mate, always good to have an extra string to your bow.
