What work do you want to do. Before you do it, think long and hard, it’s not easy, repair bills, 6 weekly inspections, the older the truck the more issues, they’ll find, holidays etc. The list goes on and on. I was subbing for a firm luckily it was weekly pay. but still need 8k in bank on a rolling month. Plus the application and advert in paper for storage..comes to 10k

You need 8k in bank on a rolling month at all times. Then your operators license plus advert in gazette for storage. Your looking at £10k just to get running That's just 1 wagon what the ministry expect you to live on and break downs etc I'm on tippers, some Quarries pay every 35 days and some 90 da...

Do if yourself mate. Its easy enough but you will need an external TM for it to be approved. Plus about £8k sat in bank for a month or 2

Yes due to no work. If you don't have sufficient funds in your bank every month you got risk losing your license
