The law is.....you should get paid for the hours you work, regardless of notice. I've had this exact situation before, send them a letter demanding the £600 or you will take them to court for it. the mod need to be vetting a bit better too !!!! yrs ago they wouldn’t have been giving loads to any tom, dick and harry, for them to sub them out to anybody !!! It's true i thought from the little knowledge I have of the mod that it was all allocated to a company in Andover no Kuhne & Nagel ru...

They will prolly take you on the dvsa rest routes. Will be 4 hrs a day if it was like mine. Lots of roundabouts and pulling up then pulling off.
