You will not get your licence by post. You can download your licence from the "Documents" tab in your online licence portal . You can also view your licence if you search by your company name or licence number here: https://www.vehicle-operator-licensing.service.gov.uk/search/find-lorry-bu...

To reduce the number of authorised vehicles on your operator's licence, just email your caseworker and/or [email protected] and that's all. No fees will be required. Always add your licence number in the subject of your email to them.

Leave it until you are nominated on a licence. First, a TM CPC refresher course is only required once in 5 years (you still have about a year to go), and second, when you are nominated they usually give you 2-3 months to take a refresher course after your nomination.
