Download on line users manual for Specific Tachograph model,save as PDF file and then convert pages required to PowerPoint should help you.

Being commercial means you need a tachograph but look trough the list of excemptions on DVSA

they can attend Cpc in UK and certificate issued can either be claimed in Holland or if licence is exchanged he can send certificate to DVSA and claim 7 hours

When a daily rest is taken, this may be taken in a vehicle, as long as it has suitable sleeping facilities and is stationary. either for splitting or reducing daily rest.

u are wrong .. the rule of a bunk or couchette must be available for it to qualify as a break is only applicable to a ferry crossing or train journey . This does not apply to a split break .u do not need acces to a bunk or such on a split break Alternatively, a driver can split a regular daily rest...

as its a minibus I very much doubt it has suitable sleeping facilities so the would need a hotel or hostel for the split. Or the reduced.

As above depends wat licence held new license can only tow 750 kg that’s the 4250 new licence holder can tow more than 750 Kgs.
