not a problem with weekly rest as I've already completed a 45hr. From what I've read, one is allowed to drive the vehicle depending if it's solely being driven for maintenance purposes, inspections, road tests. But a record must be kept of this activity to account for those miles if proof is needed...

it’s a 2 week classroom based course with a multiple choice and written exam. It’s not easy. It’s the equivalent to a foundation degree

It's not an easy test to take I think the hardest part is case studies but as said if you don't succeed then try and try again
the case study is the easy part as its open book.

A persons work history would be a good indication of competency. Remember training and experience can be work based and not formal.

not really. A competent person isn’t necessarily a qualified person.
