Hi Afternoon.
Could someone knowledgeable advise me on the following pls.
I need to change my current operating centre for my O license. I want to know what areas I can move to without the need to apply for a new O license again.
My current operating centre is in west London, my license starts with OK2046.
Thanks in advance

If you are changing location it is a major variation and a full application is required advert etc.

If you are moving out of your operating area you will need to reapply as new operating license. If you are moving within your area you will need to advertise in local press and it is a variation on your existing operating license. You can have as many operating centres as you wish within your operating area eg west mids.

you still have to advertise it in the new papers in relevant area and upload to web site application. I do this for a living ...people pay me to be there tm because there to lazy to do it them self......you have got to give everyone around the operator center chance to object.....also coming is that restricted licence are being tightened up...

Simple. Moving to a different traffic area means new license. Moving within a traffic area means a variation to a current license.
