Old tyre. Or a ratchet strap. Or both. Depends on if you have a full load or not.

Quite simple use the laws of pallet truck physics
They can carry mass weights but can't roll over a plastic cable tie on the floor
Simply put a cable tie on the floor at the front and back of each wheel
It's going nowhere
