About Our Client
My Client is an International Freight Specialist with an expertise within European Road Freight dealing with Import and Export shipments across Multi Modal platforms.

Job Description
The Ideal European Claims Handler will have the following responsibilities and tasks:

Review and log claims received in accordance with internal process, investigating and evidence gathering
Negotiating and settling claims
Liase with customers and keep them updated
Liase with suppliers to settle claims
Management reporting of claims
Must have an understanding of Freight European Claims.
The Successful Applicant
The Ideal European Claims Handler will have the following skills and attributes:

Knowledge of CMR Insurance (Required)
Knowledge of Freight Industry (REQUIRED)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages
High level of customer service
Ability to work part of a team
High attention to detail.
