Download tachohead, make sure all drivers cards are downloaded

Obvious but - your service people wont use a driver card and could add 100km in extreme cases - faults at speed or only at full temperature.

This is PROBABLY (Not definitely) because cards have been downloaded but the vehicle unit has not been (yet)

We get a few 100km a month across the fleet due to inspections not etc and that's down to maintenance guys not using cards things like that

is there any chance that u insert tachograph card into unit and still gives u unaccounted mileage??

Driver card going into Slot 2 .
If it happens, ask the driver for a printout for the day and it may help you identify if this is was the issue.
