Does it matter? Keep the 20 pph and don't move the goods, see how long the company lasts...

It may take 2 weeks to gain class 1 but far longer to be skilled and competent. The driving test is to meet the minimum level to be allowed to continue learning on the road unsupervised. It certainly doesn't teach you to jump in any truck and be safe and competent. As for the money, the fuck about factor should come into the pay, having to be flexible and working awful unsociable hours. There are averts for site labourers in my area paying £15-£20 for example.

Blake Mewes idiots can walk into it driver's there not and if you can match my knowledge and experience built-up over 40+ years child boy and man in 2 week's then your in the wrong job
