Are you really sure you're going to be up to 60 hours 'working time' and you're not getting confused with your whole duty time

So theoretically you can work a 15 as long as you have enough break to not go over 60

poa has to meet a certain criteria, abuse it at your peril

60 hours per week is an absolute maximum. You also need to average 48 hours per week over a 17 week reference period.
If you’re on 48 hours already you could work a maximum of 12 hours.

Use less other work and put in on brake or poa instead. Time on break or poa doesn’t count towards your total working time and u will never have a problem

yes
unless u doing other work with your right hand then there is no reason why u can’t put tacho on break or poa while waiting to be tiped or loaded

a break is taken at a time you decide and are free to dispose of your time as you wish. While on a bay you came be called upon at any time to move, be called to the office or be asked to leave site, therefore you are not allowed to leave site and go for a walk etc so that time should not be taken as break. POA is fine providing you are told the minimum length of time you will be sat there

It will be a 3 point infringement if you go over 60 hours by even just a minute.

The trick here is to always put it on break whenever you can

This is my first week and I write down this every day my driving time and driving time+other work as you can see I've been at work for 60.5hrs (duty time) but I've only worked 51.8hrs
I can work 44.2 hours next week (driving+other work)
I spend a lot of time waiting around with my tacho on other work, next week it will be going on break or POA

Incorrect. That's the definition of a daily or weekly rest period.
