£11.47ph, HD2, 28 days paid annual leave, Monday to Friday day shift, 6am - 2pm, 10am - 6pm, Pension, Temp to perm, Parking, Main bus route.

Job role:
Our longstanding, Huddersfield based client is currently in the midst of the busiest year to date, due to this fantastic growth they require an Counterbalance FLT driver to join their friendly, hardworking team.

Within the role of Forklift Truck Driver your duties will include;

Operate a forklift truck safely and efficiently
Hold a valid counterbalance FLT license
Assist with different warehouse duties
Loading and unloading deliveries from wagons
Placing stock in the correct locations within the warehouse
Adhere to high health and safety standards at all times
The right candidate will also be provided with further training

Requirements

We would expect the successful candidate to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of health and saftey in the workplace, competent in operating a Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck and able to work in a team environment. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within a warehouse environment or Forklift truck position.

You will be joining the Huddersfield site of a company that has been in operation for over 90 years, it has an enviable reputation in their industry. You will be reporting directly to both the Warehouse Manager and Team Leader.
