Yes, Restricted if own goods, otherwise Standard National if Hire and Reward.

any goods vehicle with a combination over 3500 kg combine weight requires an o licence. The 3.5 ton iveco already puts it on the limit 🤷🏼

If carrying own goods only, trailer has an unladen weight not exceeding 1020kg and operating only in UK then no. Otherwise yes.

No, as long as restricted ops licence use, and trailer less than 1020kg.
