I am a MA student and am looking into lorry/HGV/freight driver facilities as part of my final dissertation.
The aim of this research project is to understand how planning policies and legislation can improve lorry drivers’ welfare and the environment of industrial estates for stakeholders, to provide recommendations for emerging plans. The research seeks to investigate issues faced by freight drivers and stakeholders around distribution and logistics hubs.
