How to calculate a per-mile rate
Per-mile rates vary based on the distance. They are higher for shorter distances than for long ones. You can calculate per-mile rates from the sample rate confirmations below using Google Maps to find the mileage between the cities in the "Load" and "Col/Del" columns for each load. Divide the rates you see below by the mileage and that is your per-mile rate.
