Job Description
The successful Logistics & Warehouse Team Leader will report into the Warehouse Manager on a daily basis - whilst being responsible for the following areas of operations:

Oversee day-to-day logistics operations totalling 12 experienced warehouse operations & transport staff, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Manage and motivate a team, fostering an environment of high performance.
Responsible for all warehousing operations, such as inbound, picking, despatch outbound and replenishment
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Manage relationships with transport and carrier partners to deliver all goods OTIF within key SLA's.
Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to logistics.
Monitor and report on warehouse KPI metrics
Focus heavily on continuous improvement - whilst continually improve logistics operations to enhance business performance.
The Successful Applicant
As a Logistics & Warehouse Team Leader you should have a background in warehousing management alongside the following skills & experience:

3+ years' industry experience within logistics, warehousing and/or transport.
Proven experience managing a warehouse team of 10+ employees.
Career experience in an SME or manufacturing logistics environment.
Commutable to Nottingham on a daily basis (Monday-Friday) - 0900-1700
