If it got a picture of a lorry aswell as the weight then not does not apply to busses and coaches. If it does not have a picture then it apply to all vehicles.

The sign is only for trucks, i’d of challenged it if you got a fine for it.

If your coach is heavier than a bridge will allow, surely if you were to disassemble your coach apart into it's thousands and thousands of components and parts, and walk back and forth across the bridge with each and every piece, then rebuild it on the other side.....then, you would have literally taken your coach across a bridge with a weight limit lower than the MGW of your coach, but you won't have broken the law.
