the provisional entitlements don’t show up on your driving licence card, but show online.
You can book your theory test once it shows online, but you need to make sure you have your driving licence back, as you need to show it at the theory centre

That's unusual
I suspect they are trying to push thru the licences.
Don't forget straight to Class 1 approval hasn't been through Parliament yet!

By the way?
How long did you wait for your Licence to be returned?

Yes correct.
If it does get passed thru Parliament which is highly likely .
You will probably start out on class 2 then progress to Class 1 ( C+E )
I think you need to talk to your training provider asap
Do some sort of deal with them.
