We are an award winning tour company and a 5 Star rated company on TripAdvisor and we are pleased to announce that we are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and highly motivated team members to drive and guide our tours for 2023 and beyond.

We run scheduled day tours, multi-day tours as well as private tours and will provide full training to ensure that you have the necessary tools to conduct your own successful tours. Driving around Scotland on a variety of vibrantly coloured and different sized buses you will be equipped with knowledge as well as humorous and personal anecdotes to share where you can provide an exceptional and memorable experience for our customers.

To join our team and hit the ground running it is necessary that you have the following:

A current UK or European D or D1 driving licence (PSV) that allows you to drive buses and minibuses.
An up to date Certificate of Professional Competency (CPC) card.
A Digital Driving Card (tacho card).
What we desire from you:

To be fluent in English, have excellent customer care and communication skills which is essential to ensure you are successful in your role.
An obvious passion and enthusiasm for Scotland that exudes as you seamlessly guide and navigate your way around the country on tour.
Flexibility, we conduct tours 7 days a week so working some weekend is expected with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year Day.
Willingness to be able to conduct multi-day tours where you will be provided with overnight accommodation paid for by the company.
Be able to work as part of a team and liaise with the support staff when needed.
To be able to get to our yard in the Leith area of Edinburgh in adequate time in order for you to be able to do your daily bus checks before heading to our departure point.

Annual OTE earnings of OTE £35000-£40000 per annum

Successful applicants will be offered a role and will be offered a probationary contract. Providing you meet the necessary standards and requirements needed that suit you and the company, you will move on to a contract where you are paid guaranteed hours as a minimum. During the high season the minimum is 40 hours you will be expected to work per week paid at our generous hourly rate which equates to 3 or 4 days’ work depending on the tours you have been assigned. Our tours and rotas are designed to ensure that you meet the necessary breaks and rest periods needed.
