I know that. What's confusing is they will train a new driver an give them a job with no experience but want minimum 6 months from you!

I'd say sit on it for 6, then go agency. Insurance should be fine after 6

Maybe try doing abit of class 2 work first

May be worth trying Morrisons depot, few of the major supermarkets run mentor schemes for new drivers.
Sainsburys a bit further away at Dartford, would be worth a call, either through DHL or H&G Recruitment.
Good luck, don't give up.

No one would touch me in the first 3 months due to insurers. Not even agency. Like others have said, hold tight, time is your friend

that's why I always appreciated my agency + the guys at my depot for giving the opportunity. It's been a hard road
