External HGV transport manager available – based in Hertfordshire

External HGV transport manager with availability for an additional operator. I hold a standard national and international CPC and am based in Hertfordshire, but willing to travel.
If you would like assistance with a restricted licence i am also willing to help you with your compliance and make sure your legal requirements are being upheld.
Further, i also carry out Tachograph downloads and analysis in which i attend your premises download driver cards and vehicle tachograph heads and produce reports.
