Job Description
Tasks and responsibilities of the Freight Customer Specialist who will report into the Operations Manager:

Full documentation process for Import / Export depending on the department of the role
Liasing with internal and external teams
Spot quotes for customers for shipping solutions
Managing, tracking and reporting on the shipment process from start to finish
Completing customs documentation
Commute to Manchester
The Successful Applicant
The Ideal Freight Customer Specialist will have the following skills and attributes:

Experience across Road, Air or Sea Freight
Commercial understanding of Imports and Exports
Customs knowledge (Not Required)
Great attention to detail
Organisation and Communication skills
Commute to Manchester
