Yes, registered office that is listed on licence

Yes it needs to be on, iirc it comes under construction and use regs and is an address where the operator can be contacted. We use our office address as that is where any communication should go, not our yard or registered (accountant’s) address

It can be either or. I use the registered office as I rent yard space so it’s essentially there for folk to know where to make contact with the company if they have complaints etc.

Yes, copy and pasted: “The name and address of the owner of a PSV and their principal place of business must be marked on the nearside of the vehicle in a conspicuous position, in clearly legible characters at least 25mm tall, in colours contrasting with their background.”

Yes, this needs to be done. Registered address which is mentioned on your O License.

I’ve been wondering this as well.
I have my registered address as my house.
But my office, garage and yard is a few miles away.
The law says principal place of business... I could argue all the work is done at the unit and not my house.
