How to brake test a box? I need 21 tonnes to be legal on it. No one seems how to do it?

Put 21 ibcs in the back full with water,, or just test it empty

I wouldn't want to be producing nothing but unladen RBTs for a maintenance investigation though!!

I wouldn't want to be producing nothing but unladen RBTs for a maintenance investigation though!!
imagine taking a loaded livestock trailer in for a break test full of cattle🤷‍♂️ it’s just not practical

if you'd said it was a livestock trailer, I would have offered different advice. They are one of the exceptions!

Laden RBT should be minimum 4x per year and can include 1 for MOT

At a recent meeting where TC was present they are now expecting a LBT every other PMI, ie every 12 weeks !!

Find a RBT provider who can chain the vehicle down for the test.

Try Axscend EBPMS system, replacing RBT except at MOT
