Role: Fleet Customer Support Manager
Location: Stoke-on-Trent / Hybrid working
Salary: £40K+Bonus+Car
Hours: 8am-5pm (40hrs per week)
Shift: Days
My client, a specialist Commercial Vehicle Fleet Maintainer is actively seeking to employ a Fleet Customer Support Manager at their depot in Stoke-on-Trent. The role will have flexibility to work partly from home.
Main purpose of the Fleet Customer Support Manager
You will be responsible for the effective management of dedicated accounts to ensure customer satisfaction on all areas of the service offering to both maintain and increase business levels.
Specific Responsibilities of the Fleet Customer Support Manager
Looking after existing accounts providing contract management support and bringing on new customers UK wide
Increase revenue in available Contract Hire, Rental, Accident Management and R&M/Recharge revenue in-house
Conduct periodic review meetings both at local depot level and nationally to make sure all service level agreements are in place/being met
Obtain detailed analysis of each customers requirements for their vehicle fleet
Experience required for the Fleet Customer Support Manager
Previous experience in a similar managerial role within the HGV Sector
Knowledge of vehicle fleets and contract management
HGV Technical background would be beneficial
