Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Fleet Co-ordinator, familiar with working in logistics and transport that can plan daily workloads both in advance and in real time using a personal skill set of knowledge of London and the surrounding areas.

This is a fast-paced varied role that will a person who has require meticulous planning skills and can provide clear instructions to our drivers.

Role: ​Fleet Co-ordinator

Location: Orpington

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, 35 hours per week

Salary: £20,000 -£25,000 Depending on Experience

​What you will be doing:

Planning, coordinating and ensuring optimum use of Drivers at all times
Ensuring smooth running of all logistical movements
Engaging with Drivers and Customers to facilitate required vehicle movements
Maintaining high standards of all documentation
Hire Fleet Maintenance
Processing Fleet Insurance
Updating and maintaining all Fleet Administration
Tracking and Logging Fleet vehicles daily
Auditing Drivers and vehicles monthly
· Collate and approve timesheets and Rota’s for payroll.

· Issue and regularly audit the equipment issued to all drivers, including, mobile phones, tools and other items used in their daily jobs.

Creating and Securing relationships with suppliers
What we’re looking for:

· A minimum of 1 years logistics and transport industry experience

· The ability to think laterally and act through reasoned decision making

· Effective self-motivator and with strong organisational and communication skills.

Able to understand bespoke systems and be proficient in all Microsoft office products
Excellent warm personable manner
Meticulous attention to detail
Target driven and motivated
Able to build relationships with new and existing customers
