Really, I've known loads do it, myself included, I'm not gonna lie. Not all jobs do a lot of driving, I often don't do more than 4.5 in a shift, so previously didn't need a break legally, I don't see why you've got the hump because a rule is saying you can't work more than 6 hours without a 15 min ...

so 15 hour shift with no break required if not more than 4.5 driving? never known anyone doing a straight through 15hr shift always had breaks somewhere along the line, the WTD, was just another additive to fine people for not taking a break when they want you to, control again at its best. I have noticed recently that a lot more companies down the southwest are stating new passes accepted...I passed in December 2022 and got taken on with 2 companies as a "Newbie"
I know it is a depressing feeling, But keep applying, eventually you'll get a position
