I feel this is something I ought to know about, but I don't. Can you point me in the direction of the exemption please? or are you referring to recovery, as opposed to car transport? Their is no grey area in law. Stand in front of a judge & say its a grey area. You either do or don't need one that applies to car transport only IIRC - you can only operate within a 50 mile radius of your operating centre on a restricted licence. I feel this is something I ought to know about,...

20 K Vechule you must have a good mechanical knowledge ,if you run for good rates buy new so you can set it against tax
