Yes you have to inform the TC of a change of directors not sure if it can be done online You can add a director online but I would also send the change in an email to the OTC as well👍 I would think as directors have to be approving the TC (good repute) I would suggest contacting the TC before the ap...

You need to confirm to the TC that you have access to a vehicle, this can be a Hire Vehicle, write to them and tell them that’s what you are doing, and make sure you add the vehicle to your Licence if and when you hire it! Next of kin details should be on the Medical Declarations form that your driver's should be completing on an annual basis so no real need for a separate form👍

You need a good customs agent in the UK and one in France to guarantee a smooth process. Doing things yourself may save you a bit of money buy may also result in delays. Yes I would inform them yes, don’t forget it is not a car licence, it’s a Driving Licence When you do your quarterly licence checks send a letter to the OTC with any new convictions. An operator I know has o licence for 2 vehicles.They want to know if they can keep a 3rd vehicle at the operating centre

Hi All.
An operator I know has o licence for 2 vehicles. They want to know if they can keep a 3rd vehicle at the operating centre on current o licence if it is SORN and off the road. They are planning to sell it. I doubt it but am not 100% sure. Does anyone know for certain. Many thanks.

I wouldn't have thought so agreed not mot exempt why would you think so Can not see any reason to get round it only thing i can think it is registered as a mobile crane Read page 2 - Is there an item there that fits? - is it registered as STGO (UNLIKELY) or could be Plant..im not sure if plant vehic...

Will it be loaded or empty? If loaded you will need export and import declarations for the load. If empty should be pretty straightforward.
