I like how contained work is less too just because there is no manual handling. You know how tiring it is getting in n out of a truck... even to get a pen that don't work to have to climb back in again...

It doesn’t, it means you must have a 30 minute break at 12:00 (6 hour point), unless you reach 4:30 driving time before then If you work between 6 and 9 hours, you need a 30 min break, which can be split into 2 x 15 min breaks with one before 6 hours and 1 before 9 hours.
