so agency only, I've been driving 9 years it took me 5 years to get decent money where I am now I can earn up to 60k + if I put the hours in but I don't and still earn 50k it takes time to get good money like any job you can't just get your qualifications and walk into 45k+ I was very lucky and got...

Of course they can. It only takes 25 unexplained absences to sack someone.. you tell them when you sack them that it’s been 25 times and say goodbye..

On your assessment put the Tacho out of scope. You’re not being paid. That something I did a few years back. No recourse. Company we’re done with it. Got work with them after too.
