No he can’t Definitely not. It should also be locked in prior to him inserting his card He needs to have a class c licence to pick up the unit without a trailer and must have a tachograph card and take his company card with him also Depends on the weight of it. Why would it not be at its operating centre? a lot of work is based up in Northampton and I would rather park it some where secure instead services then you need an operating centre wouldn't take no notice of that Paul. I know 2 companies doing the same on 20 vehicles and the traffic commissioner do...

Quick one - A driver takes his daily rest, 9 hours (3 times in fortnight) or normal 11 hours. Does the driver have the right to refuse to come to work if they have decided they are having 11 hours rather than 9? Bluntly, providing it is legal rest, can a company force them to take 9 hours only?

Incredibly hard in comparison. I would rather take 10 cpc exams. When I did mine last year the exam board representative described the exam as of foundation degree level. I'm confident with anything like this, always have been and have never had problems with CPC, IOSH, NEBOSH but this was something...

IOSH. Complete piece of p**s what is iosh mate? Institute of occupational safety and health. It's a health and safety management qualification. Teaches you the basics (and probably a bit more) on health and safety management, management systems and compiling risk assessments and safe systems of work...

I got ours done by the RHA it cost around £200 but i also had managers and plant man done within that price.

I get all my HR compliance at ‘your compliance’ speak to carol and say I recommend you she will sort you out.

You could try TM Consultant you can get all contracts in their online shop

Are you operating a schedule service with authorisation to alight at that stop, or a charter service for a paying customer, client etc? Each nus company has their own stops - local village has 2 operators running through it and their stops are alternate 500yds apart and can not stop at the others st...

Someone’s left it out of scope from the workshop no driver been driving for the last week. I don’t like Stoneridge Tacho’s but I’m guessing it’s printed in local time not UTC Get him to print again in UTC VDO says ‘Not legal Print’ looks like this could be the same where does it say ‘Not legal print...
