no he's been on shift for 8hrs 45 minutes with no break. I think it shows there should be a pass of fail test for cpc every 5 years there might actually be a driver shortage then judging by the replies on this thread there could very well be it’s quite shocking to see so many wrong answers indeed. So your saying if you clock in at 6am and off at 9pm but have 4 hours break or poa that you've not done a 15 hour duty. There’s lots of people saying FFS and going on about CPC, but very few have answered the question or given relevant information. If the times given are correct, then there has been no infringement

he had 3hrs POA though, which isn’t work so that would take him up to 15:00, he finished work at 14:45 so no break required and no infringement.
