You should be using anything that works including ratchet nets if required. Get yourself on Pete Shepherds loading course. You will learn stuff that will blow your mind.

I was amazed how these worked, I may have been lucky, but I have drivers of varying intellect and they all seem to have grasped it really well. One of the most important things when using the app is to use it properly. In a court last year, a driver was asked if he really could check all the functions inside his cab within 5 seconds!

Why did you not consult with a knowing TM. You are bringing yourself a lot of trouble as it shows you have not done your due diligence?

Are you internal or external? As an external, I will only provide my own system to analyse as it is what I want to use.

You only need to worry about the 28 days before you start driving again presently. However, from next year, that doubles to 56 days. So, how long you out for?

But Network Rail is clear in their guidance to drivers as to what they class as a bridge strike I get that but define 'collision' same as crash, incident etc they have no legal definition. The only legal definition of accident sits in the RTA (1988). Besides Network Rail don't write or maintain law...
