I’m seeing a lot of posts about blocking motorways etc, and tbh to begin with I thought a “go slow” could work.
But now I’m thinking its not the way forward.
What would be a great plan is no one going anywhere!
Sit in your car/van/lorry, put your keys on the dash and don’t go anywhere.
Because at the end of the day, soon we won’t be able to go anywhere! We won’t be able to drive to work, or to the shops, let alone buy anything when we get there.
Yesterday my car cost me £100 to put in half a tank!
Two weeks ago that was £90, and when I bought the car two years ago it was £60.
If the fuel keeps going up, I won’t be able to afford to go to work.
If we do a go slow, that is unnecessary use of fuel, the fuel consumption will go through the roof and also the emissions from all that traffic is not going to help either.
If everyone just on one day refused to go anywhere, shops refused to open, post/parcels weren’t delivered. Kids only go to school if they can walk there. No...

How about a national don't go anywhere day no work, no shops, no nothing stop everything in protest we all take a days holiday to be with our families payed or unpaid
if they weren’t working they would still be out on the roads people can’t stay at home
Tell them its a bank holiday that tends to work or have our very own lockdown.
Just snow balling some ideas something has to be done.
Extreme case is block the capital for a week and shut off there food and fuel if hippys with bambo scaffolding can do it to amazon I'm sure we can.
