as someone here said 67 miles on motorway are different than 67 miles on country roads, if the collection or delivery is in a busy city where 10 miles takes 1 hour it should be taken in consideration.

What people don’t understand is rates across transport have dropped again, because work has gone quieter this year for most people. Customers changing how stuff is delivered to save money. 67 mile was 1 hrs 13 mins. Paid someone £95 for it. Fork lift on and off. Not in a city.
