About Our Client
The Transport Manager will be working for a leading national distribution business operating in the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain sector

Job Description
Manage O licence responsibility
Ensure direct reports are empowered and capable of providing customer based solutions
Ensure agreed customer SLAs are reached
Focus on route optimisation to maximise commercial returns of the operation
Develop driver performance focused on both material and qualitative outcomes
Promote a positive HSE environment
Ensure compliance with all operational standards within the business
The Successful Applicant
Will have a background in operational transport management
Must be CPC qualified
Experience in route planning/fleet compliance
Knowledge of operational development is an advantage
Must be commutable to Leicester
What's on Offer
The Transport Manager will be paid a salary of between £40,000 and £45,000 plus bonus
