With fuel prices rising, what price per mile and fuel % are you getting on containers as an owner driver?

take it buddy I’d be very surprised if you get that on distance work mind … we give a lot of rates around that but over the course of a whole week the average mileage probably equates down to £1.70-£1.80 and they’re making good money with us

Only time i have heard that is drivers doing locals from Rail terminal doing two locals a day extra £40 if they do three. Best work i ever had on locals for Macintyre from rail terminal

That rate is a Piss Take ffs take an invoice and Do a deal with the customer,As Its your TIME LOL Plus they charge 1 hour for any part of an hour ie 5 mins over into the next Hour
Also get demurrage after 2 hours £25 per hour
