Transport Manager Documents - Policies & Tools

Good afternoon All,

I regularly see posts on the Facebook pages asking for certain policies or forms. I would encourage any TM / operator to produce their own set of policies and procedures, but I have found that the reality is that some people don’t really know where to start or some people are just not that great at putting it onto paper. Likewise, when meeting operators, many do not know how to evidence certain things.

That’s why I thought I could list practical, easy to implement policies and monitoring tools to assist those that need a little assistance.

I fully appreciate that not all TMs need help with this and that many on here can easily produce their own, but this post is aimed at new, potentially inexperienced TMs or even just those that just need a little help putting them onto paper.
