Just done my medical at my GP... a bit of a surprise when they charged £135.70... has anybody else had a similar

The Doctor will only refer you to an optician if you cant read the chart. That was the case with me, I then had to make an opticians appointment and they made up glasses that I now have to wear when driving a bus though not necessary when driving a car., as the standard is different.1932.marne wrote: ↑Tue Apr 09, 2024 6:04 pmThink I am to paullz

The doctors don’t test eyes any longer, I had to go to my opticians to have that part signed

Doctor I'm seeing does eye test as well

Not aloud by DVLA you will get two forms 1 for doctor 1 for eye test by optician.
