Should've been filled in and completed by the operator and stamped.

of course it has to be completed by the operator before the journey has begun and only the unforseen changes need to be filled in by the driver if relevant!

Does not state that this is the case anywhere on the waybill book (see other post) and there is no space for an "operator stamp". Anyone can complete the waybill.
If you could advise me on where you think this is a requirement from your TM CPC course, I'll happily compare them with mine.

2021 is when waybills were introduced.
"It is the prime responsibility of the operator to ensure that passenger waybills are correct."
That does not in any way stipulate that a qualified Transport Manager needs to complete one. It is down to the operator to determine how that is done.
Yet another stupid Coach Driver myth.

Likewise. When stuff has been completed pre departure, it is usually wrong especially in respect of mileages or issues where feeder Drivers don't fill in their part (any) of the waybill.
That's usually down to general knowledge of the waybills / education by the operator, however, rather than anything else.

On the front...
- Closed Door Type A.
- Vehicle registration.
- Name of operator (from O Licence)
- Name of Drivers (includes those who do feeders or drive on any part of the tour)
- No. of passenger seats on vehicle.

On the back...
- Details of journey for each day (0000-2359) remember your location when the clock rolls over if you are travelling overnight.
- Don't forget your border crossing points
- Start of journey is from depot to pickup point (unladen)
- List of pax can be a copy of a passenger list (but make sure you keep it with the waybill) or get the lead passenger to complete it.

Surely your trained transport manager would know how to fill it out?

It's not rocket science, but if you've never done it before it can be confusing.

absolutely agree with you, makes sense if someone who’s trained to fill out such a document does it, rather than running the risk of getting it wrong.

Make sure you add everyone’s name to it or staple a correct list to the waybill!
It’s all about the carrier not the hirer..
Make sure your mileages are are good and if anything exceed each calculation… if it’s not enough they can fine you.. if it’s excessive and you could be fined for potentially carrying out other journeys!

This is not the way bill nothing to do with way bill. Yes the operator should fill in way bill in uk and driver fills in anything else the right way? This is only for the pass to go into Switzerland tax.

not. You put the name of the company because you are the carriers

No, the Operator (as written on the O Licence / Legal lettering). The ski company is the "Contracting Party", but they don't need to be identified on the waybill.
