Recent Pass, No Experience, Need Help

I passed my class one just over a month ago, i've applied online for over 315 jobs, i've driven around at least 25 companies within a 60 mile radius of where I live and asked for work / filled out applications. I've applied for all the "big companies" who are more likely to hire new passes, i've signed on with 7 different agencies. Originally I wanted to start with days only to get used to the new role but have recently came to the conclusion that practically all that work goes faster and companies instantly take people with many years experience so i've applied for every tramping ad I can see across 4 different job sites and company websites directly.

I've had many rejection emails simply because "insurance requires 6 months - 2 years experience" and am starting to think this is a lost cause....

Does anyone know of anything or have any further advise for me please?
