Start small maybe doing rail replacement or school contracts with a companies then move up as you go do an odd hire job

If you can afford it and have an option of another job then apply for your own restricted O Licence and a 16 seater. I did this and got lots of jobs from bigger firms and drive their large coaches freelance.

Your main obstacle is two years experience the insurance firms want from any firms new drivers. I recently lost my licences but I hope and wish you all the best on your new endeavor.
