Use a hammer to bang the link where it is welded to the yellow triangle. Won't take a lot to break the weld.

For a bit of fun, carry an old steering wheel lock with you.
As soon as you’re released, slip it on the clamper’s steering wheel and drive off.

We’re have you been no parking in Kent since January every day someone puts a post on about clamping in Kent 😡

unfortunately not everybody is on social media or in the forum I notify. Add in that many drivers from the furthermost points in the UK have never been notified from day one!!

My boss has got round it by sending a day cab wagon down there and booking driver into Travelodge overnight, cheaper than a clamp. Just parks the lorry in Travelodge car park. Done it myself when I was In day cab but then we are doing 10/15 drops in Kent.

that’s probably cheaper than paying for services I’d have thought. Which is completely nuts.
