I think you would need to start at a lower level - but with your disrespectful naming them as lackeys your chance of a good reception is slim. It would need to be a matter of industry wide importance, not individual importance, to deserve the time of TC. Would you expect a police Chief Constable to give you an appointment? And there are vastly more of them than TC's.

That attitude is really going to work for you. I have a caseworker and he is great and we are on first name terms.
