Overseeing fleet management and regeneration for a fleet of over 400 vehicles

Job Description
Manage and oversee all aspects of the vehicle fleet, ensuring operational efficiency.
Implement and monitor safety and compliance measures.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
Manage fleet budgets and control costs.
Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.
Regularly review and update fleet operations in line with industry best practice.
Provide regular reports on fleet performance and efficiency.
Lead a team to deliver high-quality fleet management services.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Fleet Manager should have:

A degree in logistics, transport management or a related field.
Experience in fleet management or a related role within the logistics sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
