Job Description
The Ideal Transport Planning Supervisor who will be reporting into the Transport Manager & Director will have the following skills and attributes:

Lead the Delivery Control team.
Lead and direct the effective planning of the UK Logistics network; daily, weekly, monthly.
Lead and support day-day order allocation, capacity & performance management of the haulier base.
Lead and support day-day stakeholder relationships & expectations; internally (sales) & externally (customers).
Lead day-day application of yard management systems and vehicle booking slot systems
Ensure customer service level KPI's are met or exceeded across the customer base.
Responsible for running reports on Customer volume to forecast
Responsible for recording exceptional cost tracker
Ensure UK transport cost base aligns to budget & forecast.
Responsible for effective & efficient allocation of stock & stock rotation with compliance
Commute to Chester


The Successful Applicant
The Ideal Transport Planning Supervisor will have the following key skills and attributes:

3+ years of related Logistics experience.
Background in transport planning and execution (preferably brewing)
Strong team / line leadership experience in dynamic SC environments.
Experience in managing complex transport networks
Strong experience in logistics execution systems; TMS, WMS
Strong experience in managing customer & supplier relationships.
Strong experience in managing x-functional stakeholders.
